4/23/21 - In recent years, I have been offering our clients computer-generated plan drawing, serving as Building Permit liason with the Building Department, and project management throughout the remodel or new-construction projects we've taken on. By generating the plans myself and working with an engineer, Title 24 people (energy efficiency documentation) and others as needed, we're able to navigate your plans from idea to completion for much less that we used to pay for architects, et al.
We're also now offering these services independent of contracting with our construction crews, so you can have plans and permits in hand and send out for bids on your project, with our without my help.
I started architectural training years ago at Cabrillo College (AutoCAD, et al) and in recent years have been using the top Chief Architect product - Home Designer Pro - which not only generates layouts, elevations, details, etc, but allows for full color, 3D perspectives and video walk-throughs!
